The Programme Operator has created both in programme PL07 Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends, as well as in PL13 Reducing social inequalities in health the Fund for Bilateral Relations at the Programme level.
Establishment of the Fund for Bilateral Relations at the programme level for potential and actual Project Promoters is intended to facilitate such actions as: searching partners from the Donor States, development of partnerships, networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practices between the beneficiaries and the Donor entities.
Under the Fund the Programme Operator plans to implement the following actions:
- Grants for Project Promoters and potential Project Promoters;
- Activities undertaken by the Programme Operator, inter alia:
– Seminar organized by the Programme Operator for potential and actual Project Promoters and partners from the Donor States to search for project partners, develop partnerships and exchange experiences;
– Website to provide assistance for partner search and partnership developments, commissioned by the Programme Operator (www.fbr.zdrowie.gov.pl).
